Do I need to complete the course before I use the App?

No, you don't have to. 

You should read through Chapter 1 - Lecture 4 to get the gist of how the App works. 

The rest of the course explains how to get the most out of the App and how to get your life SORTED, you can go through this at your leisure.

 

Can I use the Course / Buy the Course without investing in the App?

We supply the Course bundled with the App and doesn't cost anything more.

We are super passionate about helping everybody get their lives SORTED, this is why we wrote the course as an instruction manual to get the most out of using the App and to help everyone live a happier life.

How computer literate do I have to be to complete the course and use the App to its fullest potential?

You should be competent with basic computer and smartphone use.

You do need an internet connection.

Do you offer an Ambassador affiliate program?

How long do I have access to the Course and the App?

You can use the Course and the App and all updates for your lifetime. The information you store on the App will be available to your descendants to download or share to their personal MySORTED App.

Why do we use Meta Mask Wallet Connect instead of Email addresses & Passwords to log in?

​MetaMask Wallet Connect offers more security than email/password login systems because it eliminates the need for centralized credential storage and uses cryptographic key pairs for authentication. 

Your private key remains under your control, and decentralized authentication reduces reliance on potentially vulnerable centralized servers. 

With additional security measures like biometric verification, hardware wallets, and blockchain verification, MetaMask and Wallet Connect offer a more robust and resilient way to authenticate, especially in the context of decentralized applications.

What would happen to my stored data if SORTED™ no longer existed?

If we closed down, prior to this happening you could download all of your data.

We would also supply you with the details of the company we use to store your data and you could then deal directly with them, to ensure seamless access to continuous storage of your data.

What would happen to my stored data if the storage company SORTED™ uses no longer existed?

If they closed down they would transfer the stored data to another similar decentralized company, that is equally safe. We would give you the opportunity to download your data if you preferred.

What happens when I pass away, how does my executor access my saved data.?

With regards to your last will and testament, there is a three way access system so that in the event of you passing away each of the 3 people that you have nominated e.g. your Spouse, your Lawyer, your Executor have to inset their relevant access code, once all 3 have inserted then they can access your MySORTED™ app to access your will etc.
